Dhivox is an AI media publication covering AI tools and automation for small business owners. We are operated as a US-based business. Our server is hosted in Germany (Hetzner Cloud). If you are located in the European Union, certain provisions of the GDPR may apply to you, and we honour those rights as described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate Dhivox. We do not collect any personally identifiable information directly — we have no signup forms, no email capture, and no membership system.

Information collected automatically:

• Analytics data — we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site. This includes pages visited, time on page, general geographic location (country/region level only), device type, and traffic source. This data is aggregated and anonymised — we cannot identify you personally from it.

• Server logs — our hosting provider (Hetzner) automatically logs IP addresses and request data for security purposes. These logs are retained for a short period and are not used for marketing.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Analytics data: To understand which content is useful and improve the publication. We look at aggregate trends, not individual behaviour.
• Server logs: For security monitoring and abuse prevention only.

4. Affiliate Links

Dhivox earns revenue through affiliate commissions. When we recommend a tool and you click our link, we may earn a commission if you purchase. This comes at no extra cost to you. Every article containing affiliate links is clearly disclosed at the top. We only recommend tools we genuinely believe are useful for small business owners — our affiliate relationships never influence our editorial judgement.

5. Third-Party Services We Use

8. Data Retention

• Analytics data: Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months per our GA4 settings.
• Server logs: Retained for 30 days then automatically deleted.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data. Our server uses SSH key authentication, firewall rules, Fail2ban intrusion prevention, SSL/TLS encryption for all traffic, and Cloudflare DDoS protection.

10. Children's Privacy

Dhivox is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
